Call for Exhibitors
WINBC and the Pacific Northwest Wireless Summit invites leading wireless vendors, service providers, developers and others to display their products, services or information in Vancouver, BC at the Pacific Northwest Wireless Summit mini-tradeshow on January 19, 2009.
Space is extremely limited – 19 exhibit spaces, 17 regular and 2 large. First come, first served.
This is a unique event that:
- Will put your organization in front of potential buyers, 200+ investors, industry analysts, wireless decision makers and media
- Combines demonstration booths with networking events
- Gives you the opportunity to give a 2-minute pitch to all attendees

This year the conference has a special, dedicated room for exhibits, with the centre of the space set aside for lunch and two networking sessions and the evening reception. You're guaranteed to meet people when they are pumped up about the conference and ready to see and hear all about your products and services. Showcase networking is sure to give your brand extra oomph!
Exhibitor Bonus # 2- Make Your Pitch
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to make a separate, 2-minute pitch to a captive audience of delegates during our morning opening session. We will also send exhibitor lists and information to all invited media.
Exhibitor Bonus #3 - Early Bird Bonus
Book by December 15, 2008 and you'll receive one extra free pass to the conference for anybody you designate, if you choose Option 2.

Sorry – Jennifer Anniston can't be here this year! Last year, Jennifer Anniston was at the Hyatt Regency filming scenes for her soon-to-be-released movie, Traveling. Several times, her scenes placed her on our conference level, much to the delight of celebrity watchers. Unfortunately, she has not responded to our invitation to attend this year's conference.
